Clear Credit Report
By Jayme Hanson

Your credit report is one way a bank, employer or insurance company will make important decisions about whether to loan you money, hire or insure you. It is extremely important to have a clear credit report and make a good first impression.

Even though there are many companies who advertise to help you clean up your credit report, you don't need to hire or pay anyone to help clear your credit report if you discover an error or black mark on your credit.

The first step you need to take is to get a copy of your credit report. Get a copy from each of the three main credit bureau companies because the reports won't have the same exact information. Here is the contact information for each of the credit bureau companies.
